As August arrives, our earth & its abundance, ripe & full, brings us Lammas. This is a time when we acknowledge harvest, death and rebirth together. Growth is slowing and the darker days of winter and reflection are beckoning. Every fruit gathered contains the seed of new life. Every death holds the potential for new life. This is a wonderful time to feast with loved ones, forage, take walks in the sunset, stew, bake, preserve in bottles, jars and bellies. Lammas marks the beginning of the harvest season. Reflect on how the seeds you planted at the beginning of the year have bloomed. Give thanks for the abundance of blessings you have manifested. Celebrate all that is light and fire and remember deeply that we stand in the midst of life and death.
I’m now taking a break from my public sessions in August but will be returning in September and boy is it a busy month!

World Peace Day & Autumn Equinox Special Event

I’m very excited to be gathering with beautiful souls to not only see in the turning of the wheel but also to collectively raise our vibrations to spread a ripple of peace and healing across the globe.

Autumn Sound & Yoga Retreat
Our retreat at Hellens Manor is now fully booked but we do have a few spaces left for day-trippers. If you would like to attend and either live locally or are able to find your own local accommodation we would love you to join us.
