I also wanted to say a big thanks to Katy Rose Bennett & Rosie Sings Some Songs for the most wonderful whole day of singing – what a joyful heartfelt day run by 2 amazing, powerful & talented women! They are running more sessions in Bristol and a weekend camp in Wales – so if singing is your thing, go check them out – highly recommended!

Hellens Garden Festival
Not long to go now and we are full gear in to preparations for this years Garden Festival, celebrating people, plants and the planet…
A summer festival of the sustainable and the eclectic, crafted and grown, held in the glorious grounds of Hellens Manor.
Our theme for 2024 is WASTE TO WONDER.
We showcase local producers, artists and exhibitors, unusual plants, innovative products, and community based, eco and environmental organisations, a programme of talks, children’s activities, music, performance and interactive workshops, which aim to inspire, engage and provide a fabulous experience for all ages. Join us for a weekend of wonder and celebrate the resources of our planet, learn to encourage wildlife and natural habitats and be inspired to live a life more sustainable and green.
To help us reduce our waste, this year we are encouraging everyone to bring their own mugs, perhaps even plates!
All profits from the festival are donated to local beneficiaries St Michael’s Hospice and Back to the Wild.

Mindful Day Retreat
I am also looking forward to joining Gail Calthrop again on 13th July in Vowchurch, Herefordshire on her full day of silent mindfulness, ending with a sound bath from me. I still cant get over how relaxed I felt at the end of the last 1day retreat – just amazing!
