With the returning light and the beginning of Spring, this festival celebrates the goddess Brighid and at this time folk sought her blessings on homes and livestock. It is a festival of the hearth and home, and a celebration of the lengthening days and the early signs of spring. The promise of thawing landscapes, rebirth, new life, warmth, renewed energy and hope! We can now begin to plant our seeds, plans and dreams, keeping them close to us in the warmth whilst they slowly germinate. This is an excellent time for writing your intentions for the year ahead. Feel the bright energy firing up your solar plexus, spreading warmth throughout your body. Walk through snowdrops, light candles, let fresh air in to your homes and celebrate the coming of the light! |
| Bright Blessings & New Beginnings!February is full! Full up with light, love & action! Already I can feel the shifts and change and I’m gearing up for a fast paced 2024! Thank you to all those that joined me for my January online sound baths and for my lovely first in-person session for 2024 at Yogahaven Birmingham. Great to enter into the new year with calm and ease, preserving my energy for a full February & March! I will be returning to my in-person monthly sound baths this month.
