We shall be running another one day retreat on Saturday 23rd September at Birmingham Buddhist Centre. This will be a special Autumn Equinox day retreat of sound, movement and meditation.
Lunch is included and no experience is necessary!
We’ve also set 2 dates for 2024 for our weekend retreats at Hellens Manor, Much Marcle.
New Moon weekend, 8th-10th March and also 18th-20th of October 2024.
The weekend includes 2 nights stay at the stunning Hellens Manor near Ledbury, set in the most beautiful peaceful & fertile countryside.
All meals are included and you will be able to take part in Iyengar yoga sessions, sound baths, drumming and singing workshops, walks around the beautiful grounds, and much more….
